Location, cleanliness, breakfast, staff. This hotel was located right in the heart of the city, close to all tourist attractions and public transport. The cleanliness was exceptional and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a good variety of food and great coffee. the location is unbeatable, close to shops and restaurants. the room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

The noise levels were uncomfortably high throughout the night, with loud music and shouting keeping me awake. the shower was weak, with a limited supply of hot water, making for a less than ideal start to the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the historic district. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect. The room itself was very comfortable and had a nice balcony overlooking the vibrant main walking street. The modern bathroom and amenities were a nice touch, and the soundproof doors ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options including fresh fruits, yogurt, meat and cheese panni, sweet cakes. It was a superb start to the day.

We found it difficult to find convenient parking in the area, and had to walk quite a distance to get to the public parking lot. The shower was not consistent, making it difficult to take back-to-back showers.
